I don't think spending more money is the solution by adding other apps.  RingCentral needs to be more user friendly, especially on simple tasks.  For example, if I am on the phone and another line rings, if I place my current call on hold, I cannot pick up the other line.  We have the Polycom phones.  Another example is that I set up my speed dial list, and it takes 6+ button pushes just to get to the list.  How is that a speed dial?

These things should not be difficult, yet I find everything we do with this product is way more complicated than it needs to be.  I should not have to purchase an advanced phone or headset to be able to use your product.  We cannot even get caller ID on our phones.  We would have to upgrade our plan...really?

I want my old phone system back.  It was perfect, except for the occasional phones going out.
