RingCentral Phone app has too many screens - flow can be much simplified!

Why is activity in the app broken into separate screens? It's all one stream of activity and should be represented that way. A single unified view would be far easier to use. Text messages and voicemails don't even belong together. And why have a separate Dial Pad? Just give me a way to type in a # on the same screen w/ my activity history.

Further, why can't I call directly from the call history screen? Clicking the phone # should dial that number! Sure, I can click on the i and call from the next screen, but it seems obvious that the more directly I can call the #, the better. 

X-Lite has the design right. It's frustrating that the most basic functionality in RingCentral Phone isn't more finely tuned.
