L'application s'ouvre tente de se connecter et crash. Que nous pouvons faire? 

Je ne peux plus recevoir et passer des appels. 

La réussite de ma société en dépend.

This is very poor service, my company too relies on the Phone app to make outgoing and to receive incoming calls.

Hi All,

Our Product Team is aware of this issue and working on getting it fixed! They plan on releasing a new version of the app Monday Night (Oct. 14th) so keep an eye out for that tomorrow :)

I have successfully installed RingCentral Phone 19.3.2 running with Catalina 10.15.   The secret to getting it to work was deleting the SoftPhone Folder from System/Application Support, deleting the old application and installing the new one.   I also had to allow the App to be opened in System Preferences/Security and Privacy/ Allow Apps from App Store Identified Developers.

This is the software that does not include your contacts. I can download that one. O am trying to download where all my contacts will appear.

Sorry you are correct that is the soft phone software - but I still cannot download. It still quits. Even after I removed everything.

I know this is already considered as answered, but if you are still having problems with Catalina and the 19.10.2 Glip Version, I found a couple links that work.

With Catalina, it only gives you temporary access to the app as it not notarized, so if your user does not have admin access it's going to be a pain very quickly as each time they attempt to launch Glip will close out or prompt for admin credentials.

To solve the described crash on CATALINA you can go to the "Security & Privacy" -> Privacy -> Calendars and revoke access from "RingCentral for Mac" app

Still waiting for a fix.I have tried it all.  Any suggestion of other companies that are compatible with Mac Catalina. I can't continue without my desktop phone and contacts.

I tried downloading 8 times - it kept giving me a Sept. 3, 2019 version instead of the October fix - your link somehow did the trick. Thank goodness! Thank you.
