RingCentral should consider providing a person or team to set up the phone system for those companies that don't have time or the in-house resources to do it. We have been using RingCentral for a couple of years but not most of its features. Due to stretched, internal resources we simply do not have time to do more than simply the minimum to get us by and business must go on. None of us have the time to study how to set up the various features and implement this in the way it should be done. I like the looks of the next level of plan that RingCentral has above the one we presently have but we certainly would not even consider it as it would just be more features we don't have time to put into use. We, and I am sure there are other companies out there also, would be willing to pay to have someone come in house and implement our phone system the way it should be and in doing so enable us to avail ourselves of the other features.
