RingCentral Surveys - what is this feature and how does it work?

In an effort to improve customer interaction, my company would like to implement a post-call survey to collect feedback about how the call went. I am wondering if RingCentral has this functionality and how it works. I know that there are businesses who specialize in surveys and analysis, but I would rather use an existing RingCentral feature than have to integrate a third party.

I found this document (https://netstorage.ringcentral.com/datasheets/cc_surveys.pdf) that describes the benefits of RingCentral Surveys. However, when I tried to find more information, I did not see this feature anywhere.

Could anyone tell me more about RingCentral Surveys and how it works?

I beleive you need Contact Center https://www.ringcentral.ca/contact-center/overview.html to use RC Surveys

Rob is correct! That feature is included with our Contact Center package. You can contact your Account Manager or call our Sales department 800-820-3676 to get more information :)

You'll need to speak with your Account Manager to get this functionality turned on for your account, this way you can get it set up properly. If you're not sure who your Account Manager is, you can email us at Community.Support@RingCentral.com and we can assist you.
