Ringcentral / Google Drive woes (It keeps making new Ringcentral Application Directories)

I have tried both ring central archiver for FTP and Google Drive and prefer to use the google method as it does not take up our web servers bandwidth and resources.

Ringcentral for google drive does not give the option of where to save your files too. It just automatically created a directory on your drive called "Ringcentral Application", which I guess is ok.. The big issue is that it creates a new Ringcentral Application folder daily.... which makes it impossible to share with management unless I share the new folder everyday. Please fix this is extremely annoying!! It seems to randomly pick where it puts its files as well. Example it would put 3 sms in one folder and another 46 sms in another. Is there a way to fix this or a work around?

example of multiple "Ringcentral applications" folders it creates:

Examples of how it spreads the files across all and new folders (Shows over 40+ text messages):

Different Folder (same person, same day) but randomly spreads the text messages.

For regular phone call recordings I can just log on as admin seems to record ok in one folder. But once you add 40+ users to ring central archiver its starts acting up. Unfortunately there is no option to Record SMS, Faxes and Voicemails from other people as an admin..... Just Phonecalls.

Anyone have any suggestions or workarounds for this bug?

Hello Kshack,
Thanks for the detailed feedback and sorry for the inconvinience, We will look it to the duplicate folder problem and provide a fix ASAP next week. We will have our engineers check if we are not using the API right or is it some settings in Google Drive

SMS, Faxes, and Voicemail are considered personal items and can be archived only by users themselves. An administrator can not archive for the entire company, this is by design.
