The mobile APP is more cellphone friendly than the on-line portal.

We are talking about the widget RingMe added to a website. From desktop it opens a pop-up and the visitor enters their phone number, clicks, the widget calls the Ringcentral number and after taking the call it calls the number that was entered. When clicked from a mobile it opens a new browser window instead and hardly can you see anything. too small for the visitor to read anything.

Hi Eddie,

The RingMe button is basically just an iframe embedded into a web page so, that makes it complicated to change size.  However you might want to play around with it a bit and see if this idea works.

Instead of using the With JavaScript  or Without JavaScript option, try using the 3rd choice URL(Hyperlink)only.    If you want a button instead of a text link, you could place our own image/button on your web page in whatever size and location you prefer, then just add this url as a hyperlink to the image.
