RingOut on Web Portal saves Cache/Last RingOut option

The Web Portal RingOut option doesn't allow me to switch to the home phone number and leave it there. It's always defaulted to the direct number of my extension.

I use the Ring Central Web Portal,   As of mid last week, an update happened that changed things a bit.  Now, when I  Ring Out, by default, the FROM number is my mobile phone and I have to change it each call.   I want to edit that default back to HOME number  as it was before last week.  When reported to Support Chat, I was told that feature was removed and to make a feature request here to get it back.
