One of my clients need to have his users to view their Call Logs (be it individually or the company as a whole) for tracking purposes but apparently, I couldn't get rid of the recording and each time I open up a call log from an extension's login, it always includes the recording.
We'd like to avoid having those recordings accessible by employees for information security.
Downloading the Excel file from the Call Log isn't really applicable because the users need to review the Call Log real-tme.
Is this a good feature request, or is there a workaround that we can find to get past this?
