Roles that have access to Auto-Receptionist need access to IVR Menues, IVR Editor, and Prompts Library

  1. Account type  - Canada
  2. Insurance Company 
  3. When creating a new role and granting access to Auto Receptionist, only grants access to General Settings.  Does not grant access to to IVR Menus, IVR Editor, Prompts Library.  Need the ability to give access to those features.
  4. Being able to grant access to those features allows someone other then the admin to modify prompts, record new Prompts Library, Ect.
  5. This would allow you to set someone other then the admin to be able to modify these settings as needed.

This seems like it should already be included when you grant a role access to Auto-Recpetionist, the new role should have access to all the features inside Auto-Receptionist.

In order for your Custom Role (which I mimicked what you were trying to do via the info in your case) to have access to the IVR Menu Settings, the role needs to have the following included in it:
