It would be helpful for calls to be routed to our people's smartphone apps, so that they can answer when not at their desk and be aware that it is a call from the company system before answering. Right now we can only forward to another phone number or to the Desktop App. The problem with forwarding to cell phone is that some employees are not picking up as they do not recognize the caller number. We are a US account, taxi dispatch, four digital lines and about 7 users.
