Sales Manager Call Monitoring

I have a sales manager in another location from our main office and I'm wondering if there is a way for him to monitor other sales reps calls by muting himself into the call. I don't see a way but want to know if anyone else is doing this some how. Thanks.

Hi Justin, this feature is not available remotely.

Usually there is a Y connector on the physical phone that allows multiple to have a hand set to do training etc.

You could have the calls recorded and listen that way?

Would that work?

What RC package do you have?

Chuck, the reason your suggestion isn't a valid solution is that in order to record calls, you need to ask permission.  

When sales professionals make outbound calls, the step of asking to record the call has a significant negative impact on the sellers ability to generate a sales conversation or close a sale.   Listening remotely, or call monitoring, is the single best solution, and something that many systems do offer.

It would be great if RC would add this into their product roadmap as a high priority item.  For customer service or sales organizations with remote staff or multiple locations, this is a key selling point.

Ring Central doesn't have this feature... Not good for any company with a manager or that needs to train....
