Was looking at the new salesforce Softphone version 4.3 looks there is all kinds of new features like SMS! This is awesome would like to thank the team working on this. But I can't find where some of the new features are documented the documentation that i can find looks to be veery outdated.  anyone know if there is some updated info?

I was looking for this so that i can check settings / options are correct to see if that will fix some of the bugs that we are having.

Bugs or Incorrect setting?
  1. the Settings keeps popping back up, click save and on the next page load the settings are back up, save. this will loop with every page load.
  2. there looks to be a option for a visual force page when you have for this example 5 Contacts with that Number, On a inbound call.  it will show 2 or 3 names and a option for 5 `5 more` or another value depending on the number of contacts with that number. when its clicked we are redirected to a visual force pace that does not exist.
  3. after the call notes are saved and you have closed the call clicked the small `x`  it keeps showing back up.

Hi Kolby, thanks for trying out the V4.3. About #1, it's technically limited that app cannot remember the page user was on before the refresh, we currently default back to Settings. #2 & #3 seem to be bugs. We'll look into them. Thank you again for your feedback.

Hi Kolby,

We may need more info regarding #2 and #3 for further investigation.

#2 - We could not reproduce this problem in our environment. Could you provide a video recording of the problem? A screen sharing session would be nice too.

#3 - We could reproduce the problem in multi-tab environment. Reproduce steps are as follows
- Save and close call note in one tab
- Open a new tab
- The call note shows up again in the newly opened tab
Is this the problem you have?

Would like to Add;

that when in a call the Answered call box will disappear when in a call after loading a related record or any other SF page, and show a previous call ended call, the correct call will not show until the call has ended.

Let me know if we need to set up a screen share to show you some the the issues.

Thanks for looking into this.

It would be nice to have a screen sharing. We are in GMT+8 time zone.  Let me know your time zone and we could setup a meeting accordingly.
