scan attachment not working

For some reason I am having trouble with the SCAN function to directly scan a document as an attachment to the fax. I use a NEAT desktop scanner which works fine outside of the softphone app. Until now I have not encountered this problem. I have tried closing the program, restarting my computer, etc. And like I said, I went into the NEAT app and scanned the document just fine. 

Any suggestions?

What version of the softphone are you on? 

Are you receiving a specific error message when trying to scan and upload the document?
