Scheduled call reports and ability to remove internal calls between employees

It would be great to generate reports for each individual employee late afternoon around 4pm and another one after midnight.  This call report would show all activity for the day and also either separate out internal calls between employees or just remove them altogether. Separating them out would be great.  Yet another feature would be the ability to add numbers to screen out or separate out.  This would be like a spouse.  The end result should more closely resemble business calls.  This would allow the sales team to look at themselves in the mirror and see exactly how many dials and their phone time.

Admins can download the call logs and using the Advanced Filter choice, when choosing the log criteria, just specify inbound or outbound with the FULL PHONE#(xxx)xxx-xxx in the search string - this would "skip" all internal call traffic

Thank you for your reply.  I am the admin.  I do not see where I can specify the full phone #.  This is all I see...
