screen pop on answering call

Ring Central desktop app has an ability to screen pop a third party URL. Wanting to see if there is a way or command to just send the phone number's 10 digits e.g. 6505554092. The only commands offered e.g. %E, will format the number a certain way, +1 for the %E example. Any formatted number cannot be searched in my third party cloud customer management system called Razorsync. I need to have it only pull the 10 digits altogether, no formatting. 

The other idea for the desktop app is to only have the screen pop after the call is answered. currently the app only gives the option to screen pop when an a call comes in. I will have 5 people in one department answering one common number, so it will open a new browser tab for 5 people when only one person will answer. So I want to try and see if there is any way to set it up that the screen pop will only happen for the person that answers the call with their desktop app.

I like your idea of the screen pop being activated for only the person who answers the call. It's much more manageable that way.

I know Sophie and thank you for the support.  I'm hoping someone at ringcentral would think so also. Have got no concrete answers for this from them on this point and have submitted multiple cases to them. The answer is to post it like I have done and someone will get back to me. It really baffles me how this is not an option already but hopefully someone will stumble along this.

I too agree that would work best, but not surprisingly 2 years later they haven't even responded.

When an incoming call I can set up a URL that opens automatically. 
My problem is that the URL opens too soon before the representative answers.
For each incoming phone call (which rings at all delegates) that will open the page for everyone. I would like to set the URL to open only when the call is answered by a representative
