Admin: Send Admin notification when removing phone numbers.

A ring central tech recently worked with an end user and in the process deleted a phone number from the account without authorization. 

I am requesting Ring Central to implement (feature request)
1) Email alerts when a phone number is deleted, this should be treated with the same priority/criticality as a password for a user being changed. 
2)  Ring Central Tech Permission should NOT allow them to remove account phone numbers without written permission from the account owner/administrator.   Ring Central Tech Role should not include deleting phone numbers from accounts.

I understand that in this case the Ring Central tech deleted the phone number by mistake and without my Authorization, I was lucky to catch the deleting while updating my excel document address book.  However, we all need to sleep at night knowing that Ring Central techs are not deleting our customer's phone numbers without our authorization, and if a phone number is deleted an email notification/call is a must.

Feature request includes an email whenever a phone number is deleted.  Deleing a phone number is easy, (I am sure other readers will find the link helpful) but I need to get notified whenever a number is deleted from the account.
