When one of our users sends a fax from @rcfax, that fax is cc'd to our admin extension as an incoming fax. This becomes problematic when it contains personal and confidential information. Is there a setting we can adjust so this doesn't happen?
There are probably multiple email addresses entered in the messages and notifications field. Take a look at this article for the step by step instructions: Messages and Notifications
If; there's only one email address entered in the field, but multiple people are still receiving the email, then the next step would be to look for a forwarding rule in that users email client. Let us know if this helps.
