Account: U.S., Sales/customer service office. I'm on a computer using Windows 10 Pro using the RingCental Desktop app. There needs to be a separate volume switch just for the RingCentral Phone's call volume. I have the app's headset volume on high but I keep my computer's volume low and I can barely hear the caller sometimes. If I turn up the computer's volume to better hear the call, any sounds my computer's system makes, including ones that come from the RingCentral App such as receiving a text, will be loud and uncomfortable. Prolonged exposure to these loud sounds will eventually result in hearing loss. I have permanent hearing loss from a very similar situation at a previous job, so I have to keep my volume low and am constantly annoying my callers by having to ask them to repeat themselves. I won't risk losing any more of my hearing, so having a way to increase the volume of the calls themselves independent of the computer's system sounds and the sounds coming from the RingCental app will be very helpful.
