My company has A US Ring Central Account. We are setup to receive both direct phone calls and phone calls that are forwarded from a sister company. The problem is that whether the call is forwarded to us or received directly, unanswered calls receive the same outgoing message; as you can imagine this creates confusion and comes across as unprofessional. Is there a way to setup voicemail to recognize which phone number the caller dialed and provide an appropriate outgoing message?
