Sequential routing, no simultaneous android/PC ringing

The system currently supports simultaneous soft android and soft PC ringing when an extension is dial directly, but not upon sequential transfer. There is no workaround in call handling or groups. Seems like a basis feature is missing here.  This is important, because small business owners (your niche) are sometimes sitting at their desks and sometimes walking around with their mobiles.

Want to make sure I understand your post.  Are you saying that (for example) if I dial your main number, and get transferred to your extension, [and your setting is to set to simultaneous ringing], that is rings sequentially?

No. I am saying that if you dial main number, choose extension 1, extension 1 starts a sequential call queue, 1st extension does not answer, auto transfer to 2nd extension in queue, second extension will *not* simultaneously ring the soft cell phone and pc soft phone. A direct call to second extension does indeed ring soft cell and soft pc simultaneously. I was informed by support that this is indeed the current feature set.

Does the RC Desktop app ring, but not the mobile app?  If so it's probably the way you are logged into the mobile app, or a setting on the mobile app. Log in with the DL for that user (not company number +ext).

Oh.. So the second leg in a Call Queue is not ringing the APP or softphone even though they ring when the 2nd ext is called directly.

No problem. APP as in the APP that resides on the cellphone. Rather than just ringing the cellphone number.

I tried logging in both as my extension and direct.  Still the same thing.  Your help desk told me that the feature I am requesting does not exist at this time.
