Is my company the only one experiencing ongoing issues with the speaker fading in and out for about 10-15 seconds multiple times per call?

Hey Andew,

That sounds like it might be network related - I see that you have an open case with us which is good because things like this are easier to troubleshoot live

Hey Andrew, looks like Brian opened caseĀ 06868405 and it is currently being worked on. So, feel free to ask Brian to add more information to that ticket (opening multiple tickets for the same thing isn't necessary since you already have 1 ticket open).
