Service Status: Next Update

I think a small line in the Service Status indicating when the next update on the area wide issue to be updated would be nice. Then Admins wouldn't have to keep babysitting the page and refreshing to see if anything changed. They could just go back and look when the next update is scheduled to be posted.

Having more detail about the outage would be nice too (highlighted areas).

The status update in RC is very basic and vague about what the issue is. If I have to go to management about an issue or outage, I would rather have a wealth of information rather than an excuse of  "I don't know, but RC knows about the issue and they are working on it but I don't know when it will be fixed or when I might get an update."

Benefit of such a feature: more detailed information to be able to pass on to management, able to confirm on the IT side if this is the same issue as a previous outage or a new issue should be reported, hold RC Support accountable for timely updates.
