Set Timezone on Scheduled Reports

We have 3 offices in 3 different time zones. 
Currently, If I were to create a performance report in the Analytics portal and setup a scheduled report to email out, the report would default to the timezone of my extension. This can cause issues if I were to create a scheduled report for someone else in another time zone. 

I'd either have to give a user in that time zone the required permissions to access the Analytics portal and create the report using their extension or I'd have to adjust the times on the report in my current time zone so it falls in the correct time in the other time zone. 

Would be ideal, when creating a scheduled report that we could specify time zone (as well as time) for when the emailed report is sent.
