set up phone from Ooma Office

I've switched from using Ooma Office to RingCentral.
I want to try to make use of the 2 yealink phones I purchased THROUGH OOMA.

Is there anyway to force-over ride the Ooma server settings with those belonging to RC?

Details? They're Yealink deskphones - T23G and I also have a Yealink conference room phone CP860

HI Mike, if you contact support they should be able to walk you through re-provisioning for RC. you will probably need to factory reset the phone unless you have the admin passcode for the current provisioning. Depending on the model it may or may not be officially supported.

That's what I thought; but Ooma being Ooma has apparently locked the devices to them. They also don't openly share device admin access.

So frustrated..

i was remembering this thread while provisioning some (unlocked) 3rd party phones and wondering how it turned out! good job :D
