Setting all users to simultaneous device ringing

I'm in the UK with approx 250 users. Some are mobile device only, some are deskphone only and some have both.
Generally a lot of users are finding the settings for call handling confusing so I would like to roll out a company wide general setting of 8 rings simultaneously on deskphone and mobile apps. We can then troubleshoot on a case by case basis where this doesn't work.

How can I do this as a company setting?
I can only see an option to "notify desktop and mobile app" before deskphone (Notifies your Desktop & Mobile Apps before forwarding the incoming call to your desk phones and forwarding numbers.) - but not to have all ring together. I don't want to have to go into each user to update their settings.

Hey Julie,

You could leverage Templates but it does have a limitation in that you can only control the mobile and desktop apps - not the hardphones.
