Creating this Idea in behalf of Jeffrey.
Jeffrey created a call queue group with an advance rule to rotate the call on a weekly basis to a specific user extension. If the user extension cannot answer the call, Jeffrey wants to route the voicemail to the call queue group voicemail not to the personal user voicemail.
