New York, US Medical office. I spoke with technical support yesterday and I was instructed to come to this forum to request a new feature in the ringcentral application. This is to allow a non administrator user to have access to the calls log without giving that person the ability to change the settings.

Depending on the level of account your organization has with RingCentral - this is already an option, we have all non Admin users set to be able to view their call logs but not edit them or delete them. 

It is accessed via the ROLES section in the ServiceWeb - Administrative access is needed to set that setting once, then all users can do this.
