Shared select apps do not respond to remote keyboard or mouse clicks using meetings with select connections during which other apps respond as expected.  This is either mouse click or keyboard click on offending apps, in our case the offending app is the ERP software console.  SQL and a My Computer window navigation with mouse clicks and key entry work fine.  The ERP software product is a dead zone though.  Note this happens in maybe 2 of 50 connections, multiple desktops initiating RC meetings.  In this case the share is on the other end not the initiated end.  Observed in Win2012 server.  Connected directly not thru Remote desktop.  Admin windows account.  Forgot to check what browser.  I use Edge.  Customer probably uses IE.  Only workaround I found was to tell them what to click and take pictures as appropriate so I can save what I saw.  Can be frustrating if user not familiar with what to press or is slow to navigate the product.  Really hoping for a quick solution or workaround vs. RC defect that could take a very long time to change.

Tell the Remote user to start the session from their local Windows desktop and then RDP to Server  All Mouse/Keyboard Functions work fine when using Remote Desktop to the Server.

None of the remote Screen Share products work well on Server OS (2003, 2005, 2008, 2012,2016) -- i.e. WebEX or GoToMeeting

Boy do I hope you are right.  Very reasonable and doable.  Ironically, for a similar webex issue, I had to have them launch IE and webex from the server NOT remote into it
