Example - Ray Steele is part of a calling Q at our 861 location - x146 and DID 3037152146.

We are opening an additional facility up north - call it 601. At times, Ray will be at that store taking calls and part of that calling Q. There are two separate calling Qs.

Obviously, we do not Ray lugging phones back and forth. I have purchased an additional desk phone @ 601. How do we make it work so Ray can answer calls to that Q up north while there and yet, access his extension and/or VM at x146.

Can I 'move' extension 146 to ring at the north calling Q but through a different desk phone there? It will have its own extension number, etc.

It sounds like the Hot Desking feature may work for you.  Review here: https://success.ringcentral.com/articles/RC_Knowledge_Article/8863?_ga=2.247053892.1593362917.150756...
