Show Call Queues or favorites in HUD

We have a US account.

90% of the calls our receptionist receives on the Windows Desktop app she transfers to a call queue (with rotational delegation). To transfer to this queue she currently has to:
- Accept the call
- Click transfer
- Search for the queue
- Select the queue
- Click 'Blind transfer'

I propose some sort of option to make this very common transfer easier. Either by having the queue available as a shortcut/favorite or by allowing us to add the queue to the HUD. We don't care about the status of the queue, we just want to be able to transfer more easily to it.

Check out predictive transfer in Bridge Operator Console for RC.  https://www.bridgeoc.com, it can handle what you do in 1-2 clicks.

Interesting. Probably overkill for our need. Plus we do need a human transferring based on human input.

This is for humans, it just gives them a default list based on Machine Learning, that is 99% right as to where the call is going to end up as a final destination.  The operator still makes the decision and clicks transfer.
