Show forwarded status

If a receptionist who is in control of all faxes and messages gets them and she would like to forward them to the correct user, there is currently no way for her to see if the message has been forwarded through the RingCentral portal. Anything from a simple arrow next to it or even having it show as a sent item in the users sent folder would be a great help for people trying to stay on top of their messages and such.

This would be helpful for our organization too, as we have several site-level supervisors requesting their employee calls be forwarded to them when an employee is absent. This is a fluctuating number daily. It is cumbersome to try to keep it all straight without having any easily obvious way to discern if a phone is already "ON" call forwarding presently, or not by looking in the portal.   If you drill into call handling one phone at a time- it does show there, but if they could just put an "F"  or "FWD" in the portal phones list  that would indicate it is on forwarding or not, that would be very helpful.  we have about 2000  Polycom VVX500 phones.

that would be great too, I was mostly wanting to be able to if a message or fax had been forwarded through the portal would be able to be shown in the "sent items" folder or have an indication as to it being forwarded to someone else.
