Show Outlook Contacts in RingCentral App on Android

I'm using Outlook and RingCentral on Android.  My Outlook Contacts are displayed in my main phone contacts, but RingCentral will not see them.  This means any business calls I get from outside numbers through RingCentral do not show who is calling and I cannot directly call from my Outlook contacts.  This is a serious limitation that needs to be fixed right away.

It turns out I can see them, but I'm not sure why.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the RingCentral phone app and it by default showed all my contacts.  Lo and behold, all my Outlook contacts were there.  I went and filtered out all my personal Google contacts and my Phone contacts, because I don't store any contacts in my phone storage, and they all went away.

Long story short, if you show your "phone" contacts, your Outlook contacts show up.  Doesn't make sense, but that's what seems to work.
