Show participants in full screen when sharing

When I use Ring Central Meetings, I do it on two monitors in our conference room.  I usually have multiple participants physically in the room with me in addition to the remote participants who call in via Ring Central Meetings.  The feature that I am hoping for is to be able to show the remote participants in full screen when I share my main screen.  I can drag this screen over to the 2nd monitor and show the participants.  I want to show them in full screen instead of the minimized screen so that the participants who are physically in the room with me can see them as well.

Right now, the software assumes that I am only using a single monitor, so it minimizes the size of the screen showing the participants so that they do not block whatever I am sharing.

I think the only way to do as you are describing is via RingCentral "Rooms". It's an add-on feature to RingCentral Meetings.

Thanks for the feedback.  I looked at Ring Central rooms. That appears to just be an add on that allows you to centrally control everything on an iPad.  I think that the software will still have the same limitations there even though the marketing videos makes it look like the functionality is there.  I'm guessing that the video is showing the person just showing stuff in the room with the remote people just on the second screen full screen.

I can do that now.  The issue is when I share something with all the remote participants.  When I hit the share button, it minimizes all the screens that shows the remote participants.

Actually, we use the rooms feature when we have our company-wide meetings and it allows us to see all 15 of our offices on the second screen, while the presentation is on the other.

Are all 15 remote offices shown in full screen on the second screen?

Yes... they use up all of the available space, then resize when connections come and go.
