Show when a call has been transfered when searching on the webpage for a specific number

3. When in the call log of the admin portal, I want to search for a specific phone number and have it show if any of the calls were transferred between lines. This feature was available between the dates of 8-7-15 and 4-28-16 (those being the first and last time I show using the feature, it may have been available before and after those dates).

4. I make call logs for use in our billing. I do a search for each phone number associated with a client between the dates that the bill is covering and then bill the client according to the actual time spent.  However, there is a different rate charged depending on if the paralegal talked or the attorney talked. I would like to be able to do one search of all phone lines for a certain number and have it show what extension made the call (or received it) and whether or not the call was transferred. Currently, I would have to make a log for each line and compare all the dates looking for duplicates to catch any transfers.

5. Having the ability to see all calls and transfers at once would save time in doing the billing make sure I charge the correct rate for all calls.
