Dear Ring Central. Have you tried to work with your website? I think you have completely lost focus. Let me give you one small example of trying to do the simplest task: Changing a password. When I went to your help site this is the amazingly long instruction I received. It is terrible to even contemplate.

As a Super User under the admin console to not be able to go in and reset the user's password without the user's security question answers seems a bit curious of a feature to not have access to, particularly if a user has left the company and then have to call customer service.

Hello Saddet, 

I am actually trying to reset a user's password and when I do I get the option to reset a pin or answer security questions but no password reset option for the user.  Please see the attached screenshot.

As a Super Admin I can change the Password for a User:


What Role does your profile have? Does this happen for every User that you look at?

I am set up as a super Admin and yes for every person I look at.

Hey Donald,

I did a little bit more research and this is probably because you have SSO enabled on your account. Under the SSO Settings (Under Tools) if you select On for the "Maintain ability to login with RingCentral credentials" you should then have access to change the User's password. Let me know if that makes a difference!
