We are currently using another program called Call Rail. Call Rail is a phone call tracking and analytics platform businesses use to understand which marketing campaigns drive leads and conversions. We use it to track our phone calls. We have multiple numbers with Call Rail that is essentially forwarding to our main RingCentral number. It works as of the moment. However, they also have a feature where in a whisper would be played before a call is being answered. We would like this integrated with our current RingCentral system. After calling support, we found out that this would not be possible if our forwarding destination would be a call queue as RingCentral does not have a SIP Trunk which we might be able to use. We are now submitting this feature request as this would be beneficial for us in tracking the calls we receive on a daily basis. The case number for our support call earlier was 06734472. We have a total of 30 users and 11 lines. This would not just be beneficial for us but also for other members of the community that might also need the SIP Trunk for other 3rd party programs that they will use alongside RingCentral.

We hope that this feature would become available in the future.

I recently tried this with Call Fire so I could track call counts on a particular phone number and had no success.
