Smart phone only rings after 4-5 rings to main line, how can I change this?

We have several staff working remotely using their smart phones. Even with "Ring as group" selected, the smart phones are only ringing after the office phones ring. How can we change this so they all ring at the same time?

Hi Amy - do make sure "Simultaneously" is selected in each user's Call Handling & Forwarding settings, as shown below.

Well, I have Sequentially selected, but you get the idea.
