SMS inbound and out bound not working

Anyone else having problems with their inbound and out bound SMS. We are not receiving the ones sent to us and the ones we are sending we have been notified that they have not been received either. I can not believe that they have no notification for this when it is down, we have lapsed in texting vital information and had no way of knowing that this was not being received. On a separate note, this come one day after I was notified that the 40 lines I pay $4.99 a month for will be going up to $37.99 a month, shopping around now
