Softphone-Ability to add Groups/Queues to Contacts

3.  Need the ability to add Groups/Queues to Softphone contacts as we would like the ability to add to Favorites/Quick Add
4.  Since RC does not have the feature for Dial Zero to be individual specific (meaning - if User A does not answer, the caller can hit 0 and it will ring the 3 other users that are in the same department of User A) it would be great if we could then dial the group at least via the softphone.
5.  Allows for a specific all ring instead of continuing to try each extension until somebody picks up.  Saves a lot of time and aggravation.
