Please bring back all previous emojis and remove the profane ones as this service is mostly used for businesses. Yet "fingers crossed" was removed - why?

The fact that emojis can't be disabled is absolutely absurd. My company is getting ready to switch away from RingCentral completely because the app's ridiculous emojis are getting in the way of every day business. If a client sends us a MAC address, half the time it's completely unreadable because RingCentral's garbage replaces half of the address with emojis.

RingCentral has made it impossible to have a normal business conversation with a client using their text platform on the app. This is supposed to be a business app for working with co-workers and clients; not some hipster social network. RingCentral seems to have forgotten who their audience is; so we are switching to a company that is more focused on their business customers needs.

These emojis are part of the Unicode standard and ship out of the box on *billions* of devices. If someone is daft enough to use the middle finger emoji on an internal company system that issue is between that employee and their employer.
