I do not know if this could be an idea or is a question at the same time.
We have a very noisy factory, there are two extensions (Cisco 303) and also a Paging Device with speakers, all under RingCentral system.
Is there a way to ring on the speakers at the same time in order to try to get the attention of our fellows?
The sound of the extensions, of course, is not enough under a noise environment but the Paging works good.
We do not want to hold the first call, then paging, then going back to the call on hold and finally make the transfer...

I can't really think of a work-around unless those employees carry cell phones and they use the mobile app, or forward to their cell phones having them on vibrate mode.

I have done this before on other system by opening a phone and connecting the speaker from a phone to the input of the paging system, but I don't really recommend it unless you really feel like you know what you are doing as you risk breaking the phone or the the paging amp and certainly the phone would be not covered by warranty..

This seems like a possible solution: http://www.algosolutions.com/products/audible-and-visual-alerting/8180-sip-audio-alerter.html It appears to work stand alone and can also be tied into your existing paging system.

And some specific instructions to configure it with RingCentral: http://www.algosolutions.com/pdf/Algo_8180_SIP_Audio_Alerter_Config_on_RingCentral.pdf
