RingCentral is a really nice platform, and I think it would be enhanced by a richer offering of speech analytics tools. I've often wanted to search through my call data for a specific word or phrase in order to pull up conversations on a particular topic or identify recurring issues in agent-customer interactions.
I'm curious if there's a reason you haven't been able to integrate speech indexing and search as of yet. There are some excellent speech search API providers, lexika.co comes to mind, that you could use to make this easier.
