I also have a customer who requires this as they service a large segment of visually impaired users. They would like both the Desktop Application as well as the RingCentral portal to be made more compatible with JAWS 17, Window Eyes 9, or NVDA 2016.2.1

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled RingCentral phone app integrations with Microsoft Eyes.

Have an auto read feature that allows the user to hear/read the text message received in our RingCentral app. This will benefit users who are blind or cannot see clearly. It would be great if we can integrate the any auto reading app in our product.

Update Everyone! In our 11.0 Release, the RC Phone desktop app will support voice readout and keyboard navigation by using screen readers. The roll out will begin in February 2019 (barring any unforeseen issues)
