Desktop App: Ability to use a screen reader to read the keys on the softphone

  3. There are users that are legally blind and use a screen reader to help them through their workflow.  The RC softphone does not currently work with their Windows screen reader or the Apple built in accessibility tool.
  4. User wants to make a call.  When using their screen reader being able to select the RC application and then make a call using the keys.
  5. Able to support ADA users

I also have a customer who requires this as they service a large segment of visually impaired users. They would like both the Desktop Application as well as the RingCentral portal to be made more compatible with JAWS 17, Window Eyes 9, or NVDA 2016.2.1
