I would also like to block 'unknown' callers & no caller i.d. calls.

That's easy with Blocked calls in your user account settings online under Screen Greeting and Hold Music.

Thanks!

And if you want to block them for the entire account, block the under Super Admin :-)

That isn't what i am talking about.  i know how to block a call or call(s), either per account or extension.  What i need to be able to do is 'block' numbers that come in as unknown or no caller i.d.!

Kim is telling you exactly how to block them. Under the Super Admin extension, under Blocked Calls, make certain that the top radio button is selected Block specific calls and faxes. You do not have to add a phone number. Any numbers added will, of course, be blocked. But the following is what blocks unknown calls or no CID calls.

Near the bottom make sure that you check the Block calls with no Caller ID: boxes for Calls and Faxes

This will give those callers an intercept message that says, "I'm sorry. Calls that do not display caller ID information are not accepted. Please unblock your caller ID information and try your call again, or call back from a different number. Goodbye." or "Hello. The mailbox is full. Thank you for calling. Goodbye." based on your configuration.

See my screenshot below. Try it for yourself. Dial *67 then your number. You will be blocked.
