Looking to turn up SSO for my business. I would like to test it on a few accounts first. If I have it setup and turned users have to manually select it? Based on what I have seen on the app and web interfaces there is a link to select SSO.
So I am thinking if I turn this on and don't tell anyone except my pilot group we should be fine for testing?

Once testing is over and we go full SSO I would like to turn off any other form of logging in, I want our users to only be able to log in using their company network creds, is that possible?

Hi Joseph, It will automatically be turned off.  However, if your employees also use the RC meeting app, they will still have to log in to the meeting app direct using their RingCentral credentials.

In the event that the SSO server fails you'll need to contact our Support Team for them to manually reset any passwords.

So it isn't possible to test SSO for a small group users before expanding to everyone?

No, sorry there's not.
