STIL L NOT RECEIVING CALLS!!!! PLEASE HELP!!

I need HELP!.  I have had an issue now for 2 weeks where we are not getting calls!!!  I talked to someone today  that said our issue was resolved.  However, I just made several test calls and we are still not getting calls!!!!!  We have a toll free number and a local number (that we ported over).  Calls to the toll free number work but, calls to the local DO NOT.  It goes straight to a voice mail and not to the main company greeting.  Can someone PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!!

What screen shots would you need?  I have looked at all avalible options for configuration ( I think) However, there is no option for routing my local number to the toll free number or getting the IVR (Auto attendant) to answer the local number.

No, Under groups I have created my "Departments" and they are fowarded to the appropriate parties.    The local number that is not forwarding was a number we ported over to Ring Central.  They have it linked to MY direct extention and I cannot change it.

  How/ why or where would I need to create a group for it in order for it to forward to the toll free number.
