AND I don't want my browser to have ringcentral ads popup on every device I use for weeks following.

Maybe you want to make a subdomain that does not bug us like
http://customer.ringcentral.comor something like that.
Also would have been nice if the chat support guys could have told the web master or something but chat is pretty worthless at ringcentral it only helps you do it yourself at a fairly frustrating pace. The chat guy kept telling me to do things that were not on my web page, be nice if he could have just told you somebody about my frustration with this issue.
