Salesforce Integration: Stop 'New Contact' screen from opening in Salesforce when using click-to-dial outbound calling

Using Salesforce Integration.   When rep clicks on client phone number to make an outbound call Ring Central calls the rep, they answer and the call is then connected through to the client.  The new contact screen should not be popping on an outbound call.

I suspect this is an intended feature as I have seen many CRM/voice integrations work this way for outbound.  I don't disagree it would be nice to choose if you want outbound screen pop turned on or off though..
