This is a new phenomenon. We are on the free plan with ~150 guests/members and the menu choice is now no longer there. We need to add new guests ASAP. This affects all our teams.
would the "free plan" have run out a trial period by now? going by what info your posting, thats the only thing i could think of, most trial products do cut you off eventually.
No...the free plan would not have run out by now. Whether or not a person has a RingCentral account, Glip has a "free" pricing model which does not quit. The only difference between the free and paid models are the amount of video chat and the level of support. Everything else, including the number of guest users, is unlimited.
